Graphavy Training

Graphavy Training on Campus and off Campus

WayTech Society's Graphavy Training was an initiative implemented to help students be able to secure jobs for themselves as professional graphic designers and video producers. it was launched with Codes Hub, another initiative to have improved students coding abilities across varieties of programming languages.
This initiative is designated to two locations.
1. CK-Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences, and
2. J.Y. Complex 1, Tamale (The building within which MTN office is)
The period for the Program is 2019-2021 for participants in Tamale and 2020-2022 for participants on CK-Tedam UTAS Campus.
Successful participants will receive certifications, while unsuccessful participants will be dropped until the program is completed.
The program began in Tamale on the 11th of February 2019 (Monday) with 14 participants; three were dismissed for lack of seriousness, which motivated the others to participate vigorously, leaving us with 11 participants currently.
Tamale students have currently achieved a lot in both fields, amassing 98 percent, and instructors anticipate that they will achieve 100 percent by the end of 2021. Students on the CKT-UTAS Campus have completed 11% of the training, which will be completed by the end of 2022.
Graphavy in Tamale was doing well until the novel coronavirus arrived. Management decided not to halt the training, but instead devised an alternative.
This is a long-term program with respect to achievement, due to the broadness of both(Graphic Design and Video Production) fields being merged together.
